Welcome to Leadyfy. By proceeding with our services, you (“Client”) hereby agree to the following
Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Agreement:

Leadyfy offers bespoke User-Generated Content (UGC) video creation services. Upon booking
confirmation, the Client acknowledges acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking and Payments:

– An initial booking amount is mandatory for project initiation.
– THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT IS STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
– Any remaining balances must be cleared as per invoicing timelines.

3. Project Timeline:

– Upon receiving all necessary client inputs, Leadyfy requires UP TO 20 WORKING DAYS to deliver
10 videos.
– UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY THE CLIENT DEMAND DELIVERY BEFORE THE
COMPLETION OF THE STIPULATED TIMELINE.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

– Once the scripting phase has commenced, NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
– Cancellation post-scripting leads to forfeiture of all payments made.

5. Content Ownership and Usage:

– Full ownership transfers to the Client post final payment.
– Leadyfy reserves the right to showcase snippets of work for its portfolio unless explicitly restricted
by written agreement.

6. Client Obligations:

– Timely provision of briefs and feedback is essential.
– Feedback must be shared within 48 hours upon receiving drafts

7. Force Majeure:

– Leadyfy is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances including technical failures,
natural disasters, or external disruptions.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

Booking confirmation serves as implicit acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
