1. Non-Refundable Booking Amount:
All initial booking amounts are completely non-refundable.
2. No Refund Post Scripting:
ONCE THE SCRIPTING PHASE BEGINS, NO REFUND REQUESTS SHALL BE ENTERTAINED.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
Our standard delivery schedule is UP TO 20 WORKING DAYS for 10 videos. No early delivery
pressures shall be accommodated.
4. Cancellation Terms:
– Pre-scripting cancellations MAY be eligible for partial refunds at Leadyfy’s sole discretion.
– Post-scripting cancellations are ineligible for any refund

5. Nature of Services:
Given the significant investment of resources at project initiation, refunds cannot be entertained.
6. Exceptional Cases:
Only cases of complete non-delivery may be evaluated for a refund, subject to thorough internal review.
